Tools for Success
Equipping you with the tools for success begins with training that is ongoing.

  • Initial Sales Training (IST)
    IST is a laboratory for sales consultants to practice their selling skills and gain confidence in presenting the Administaff selling model.

    • Four weeks of Initial Sales Training (IST) pre-work in your local office

    • One-week IST training course at corporate headquarters

  • Intermediate Sales Workshop (ISW)
    This three and a half-day program takes a hard look at selling to prospects while dealing with different behavior and personality types.

    • ISW training takes place after six to eight months of field experience.

  • Coordinated Career Training
    District managers deliver ongoing training modules in weekly staff meetings covering a variety of topics from prospecting to time management.
