Tools for Success
Equipping you with the tools for success begins with training that is ongoing.

Initial Sales Training (IST)
IST is a laboratory for sales consultants to practice their selling skills and gain confidence in presenting the Administaff selling model.

Four weeks of Initial Sales Training (IST) pre-work in your local office

One-week IST training course at corporate headquarters

Intermediate Sales Workshop (ISW)
This three and a half-day program takes a hard look at selling to prospects while dealing with different behavior and personality types.

ISW training takes place after six to eight months of field experience.

Coordinated Career Training
District managers deliver ongoing training modules in weekly staff meetings covering a variety of topics from prospecting to time management.
