Client Service Job Descriptions
Team Manager - Managerial oversight of Administaff client services team members, including client liaison, payroll specialist, recruiting specialist, training specialist, safety consultant and human resource specialist. A team manager is responsible for ensuring service satisfaction for a targeted group of clients.
Client Liaison - Evaluates and determines clients’ human resources needs, and develops and aligns service delivery strategy to meet client company goals. A client liaison is also responsible for identifying and prioritizing Administaff service offerings and creates a coordinated implementation plan for Administaff services.
Payroll Specialist - Assists client companies with payroll processing, payroll tax filings, direct deposit, employment verifications, quarterly reports, FICA, FUTA, SUTA, garnishment, W-2s & W-4s and WebPayroll.
Recruiting Specialist - Assists clients with resume review and interviewing, classified advertising coordination, background checks and pre-employment testing.
Performance Specialist - Provides assistance with performance improvement, training needs analysis, organizational development, training and development programs, coaching and training consultations.
Safety Consultant - Performs and provides site visits, safety review, workers’ compensation coverage and claims resolution support, safety training and safety curriculum development.
Human Resources Specialist - Assists clients with employee relations, supervisor training, performance measurement and review, compensation and incentive plans, salary surveys, job descriptions, employee handbooks and terminations support.
